Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2–4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Postal Service with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to total weight. We recommend grouping your items in a single order, as we cannot merge separate orders once placed.

All packages are prepared with neutral packaging, without logos or references to the contents of your order. Your privacy is fully guaranteed from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse until it reaches your address.
Boxes are sturdily sized and your items are well protected.
