General Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all contracts concluded between the consumer (“Buyer”) and Nordicommerce OÜ (“Seller”) relating to all goods and/or services offered on the Seller’s online shop (“Website”).
By using the Website, ordering or purchasing goods and/or services, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms. The Buyer must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date contact and delivery information necessary for order fulfilment.
International Orders
All goods are shipped from Tallinn, Estonia. For shipments outside the European Union, parcels must pass through customs in the destination country. All fees related to customs procedures (e.g. duties, import taxes, VAT) are the responsibility of the Buyer.
The Seller sells goods that are legal in Estonia. Whether these goods are legal in the Buyer’s country depends on local laws and regulations. The Buyer is solely responsible for complying with the laws of the destination country.
The Buyer is responsible for any legal issues arising from customs clearance or the receipt of goods. The Seller is not liable for items opened, lost, detained, or seized by postal or customs authorities.
If a shipment is returned due to reasons attributable to the Buyer (e.g. refusal by customs or the Buyer, unpaid customs duties, incorrect delivery address), the actual return shipping cost must be covered by the Buyer.
Product Information
The Seller strives to provide accurate product information. However, the Seller is not responsible for any inaccuracies, incomplete details or outdated information. Product descriptions, parameters and images are provided for general information only.
All prices on the Website include VAT where applicable.

Return Policy
The Buyer may request an exchange or cancel the sales contract and return goods within the legal 14-day period after delivery. Returned goods must be unused and undamaged. Certain goods (e.g. erotic toys, cosmetics) can only be returned in their original unopened and sealed packaging for hygienic reasons.
Refunds are issued after the returned goods are received and inspected by the Seller. Additional return instructions are available on the Website.
Product Warranty
The Seller provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with Estonian law. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not defects caused by misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Claims will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receipt of the claimed goods. Further warranty information is available on the Website.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and all agreements concluded under them are governed exclusively by Estonian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from agreements between the Buyer and the Seller shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
